Development Real Estate property involves a wide range of activities and processes from purchasing land to building and developing facilities. One definition of property development is “the continual reconfiguration of the built environment to meet society’s needs.” While this can be anywhere from roads to high-rise office buildings, this article will discuss a specific segment – the “average” investor working on small to medium-sized residential development projects.

Of course, I found one right away and sold them the land which is now one of the finest quality Condominium Developments in the entire area called Harbor Watch. “Because of my Kitchen and Interior Design background I was able to assist them with some suggestions that added to the functionality and ambience of each residence. Kieran Court – Petoskey, Michigan
Kieran Court is a development project that is within walking distance to every place in the City of Petoskey, including all of the schools, downtown, the waterfront, and shopping, all within less than a mile! At the edge of town near North Central Michigan College, and close to Sheridan Elementary school with its wonderful playground. Also next to the beautiful new Atkins Road extension. The private road for Kieran Court extends east off Waukazoo Avenue and makes a left turn to the East! There are beautiful views of the hills to the south, west, and east, as well as views of the college campus. There is a large private parcel to the east with meadows, woods, and an old homestead.
